legally the company is not allowed to issue a guarantee for a job before the language lvl of B1 as the interview needs to be done in German. a minimum proficiency is required, so the interviewer can assess weather you'd fit the company's requirements. Nonetheless the agency is going to start the German application process as soon as possible to give the students assurance of a job
